How to install oncloud in cPanel centos
> login to MySQL
> create database owncloud;
> GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON owncloud.* TO ‘owncloud’@’localhost’ IDENTIFIED BY ‘<passworod>’
>FLUSH PRIVILEGES;
Download packages from the link,
URL : http://owncloud.org/changelog/
Now, download the required package. Here, I am downloading version 4.5,
wget https://download.owncloud.org/community/owncloud-4.5.10.tar.bz2
tar xvf owncloud-4.5.10.tar.bz2
cp -pr owncloud-4.5.10 to /home/<acct>/public_html
chown -R user:user /home/<acct>/public_html/owncloud
Now, access
http://IP/owncloud
NB: Sometimes you will have to assign 777 permission to folder owncloud. Some, PHP packages are required and this can be installed using the below command,

yum install php.i686
yum install php-mysql
yum install php-xml
yum install php-mbstring
yum install php-gd
yum install php-pdo

Create user, Under that, go to MySQl and specify the MySQL details created.
Done
> login to MySQL
> create database owncloud;
