When you check apache syntax, using
=--==-=-
httpd -t
-=-==-
you get the above warning.
This can be fixed by following the below steps,
=-=-=-=-
WHM => Service Configuration => Configure PHP and SuExec => Apache suEXEC = On.
=--=
If it is already on, change to "Off" save the configuration, change to "On" and save the configuration.
Now check the syntax,
httpd -l
The warning will be vanished.
Done.
