To correct this, folllow the below steps,
Take the backup of the account/db and follow the below steps,
#/scripts/killacct username
#ls -l /var/lib/mysql/ | grep <username> , and remove
#ls -l /home | grep <username>, and remove
#grep -Rl <username> /var/cpanel/databases/, you will find entries like dbuser.yaml, dbuser.cache .etc and remove.
enter mysql,
>use mysql
>select User, Host from user where User like '%username%';
Delete MySQL users found from the above command
>DROP USER 'username'@'localhost';
>DROP USER 'username'@'<IP>';
>DROP USER 'username'@'<Server Name>'; ...
#grep <username> /etc/dbowners
#grep <username> /etc/group
#userdel -f username
#/scripts/killdns domen
#rm -f /var/named/domen.com.db
